In November 2022, the RHA entered into a contract with the La Plata Economic Development Alliance (LPEDA) for administrative support and services. The two organizations are aligned on the need to create, encourage, and preserve housing solutions in La Plata County. The LPEDA staff assist with the day-to-day operations of the RHA alongside the new RHA Contract Director.

RHA Contract Director
The Contract RHA Director is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and operation of the organization. This role requires a visionary leader who can work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including government officials, community members, and housing advocates to development and implement strategies that address the region's housing challenges. In 2025, the RHA has contracted with consultant Eva Henson, with Soluvera LLC, as the RHA's Contract Director to build capacity and infrastructure for the Regional Housing Alliance through the DOLA Local Planning Capacity Grant program.
