Catalyst Revolving Loan Fund – Program Update
The Catalyst Revolving Loan Fund is no longer administered by the Regional Housing Alliance. By formal resolution, the Regional Housing Alliance of La Plata County approved the transition of the Catalyst Revolving Loan Fund to the La Plata Economic Development Alliance, which now houses and administers the fund.
This transition reflects the Alliance’s role in securing the original funding for the program and aligns the fund with its ongoing housing finance and investment work.
